140 Kitchen in Peekskill has been the talk of the town with its new Italian cuisine drinks & Wine. It was the PERFECT local restaurant for a Saturday Date Night. We ordered the Arancini to start, Fig & Roasted Goat Cheese Salad, Pesto Cream Crusted Salmon and the Bucatini Carbonara which was absolutely delicious.

The food was excellent and delicious. We particularly enjoyed the carbonara bucatini and the pumpkin ravioli. The salad portions are generous and tasty. We will be returning again soon.

Hands down of the best restaurants in westchester. You won’t feel bloated and gross afterwards, like you do at many Italian restaurants. Not overly salty either. This place is the real deal
